PROBLEM / QUESTION - I created a (Pending) Order using the website Checkout process, but did not do payment for it. How can I find the Order and try again to pay for it with a Debit Card, Credit Card or PayPal account?

ANSWER -

1     Find your (Pending) Order in your "Account Maintenance" area of this isanflowers.com website 

Make sure you are logged into isanflowers.com with your username, then (in the Login Area, top right-hand corner of the website) click on the "Account Maintenance" link under your username (see example screenshots below) ...

                           

Then, in the "Order Information" section of your Account Maintenance area, find the correct (Pending) Order and click on the "View" link (if you have more than one Pending Order there, make sure you choose the correct Order Number, the one with the Delivery Date you want) ...

2    Take Your Pending Order through to the PayPal website again

In your correct (Pending) Order, click on the big "PayPal" button.... (see example screenshot below)
- if you do not have a PayPal account, don't worry. You will be able to pay with a Debit Card or Credit Card instead ...

3     When you arrive at the PayPal website, (1) Choose a language from the drop-down box in the top right corner of the page, then (2) Go to the correct place on the website for the payment method you want to use

- If you have a PayPal account and you want to pay for your Order using that ... Log into PayPal and do your payment

OR

- If you DO NOT have a PayPal account and you want to pay for your Order using a Debit Card or Credit Card ... Follow the instructions below ...

A     Go to the non-member area of the PayPal website (for example, click on the "Don't Have a PayPal Account?" link .... (NOTE: PayPal may have changed their webpage design since the example screenshot below)

NOTE: If you don't have a PayPal account and cannot find the non-member area of the PayPal website to enter your card details... please Contact Us so we try to help you

B     On the next page that appears, Choose your Home Country from the drop-down box in the middle of the page .... (see screenshot below)

C     This will change the PayPal webpage to your home language and payment card types .... (see screenshot below where "United States" has been chosen as the country)

D     For Example - if you are Russian, choose Russia as your country to see everything in Russian language .... (see screenshot below where "Russia" has been chosen as the country)

E     Enter your Card and Personal Information (for security), and complete the payment process ....
