have created this page to give you information and Frequently Asked
Questions (FAQ) that should help you solve most of the problems you may
experience. However, if this page does not give what you need to solve a problem, don't worry (and don't abandon your order without telling us you need help!) - Isan Flowers can help you! - Simply use our Contact Us

NOTE: Error Messages will appear IN RED COLOUR at the very top of the Checkout page you have a problem with (but because these appear at the very top
of the page, you may not see it unless you scroll/move up to the top of
the page and/or look at the top of your screen!)

Creating a Delivery Address, Recipient Information, Delivery Date & Time for the first time
Q (Cannot Get To Checkout Page 2) On
Checkout Page 1 (Select A Delivery Address, Recipient Name, Delivery
Time & Personal Message), when I click on "Next" at the bottom of
the page, nothing happens - I cannot go forward to the next page of
Checkout
A Have you created a your Delivery Information yet? Do you have an error message like this - <Checkout Page 1 error - No delivery info added yet.jpg>
at the very top of the page? If yes, it is because you need to create
a Delivery Date, Delivery Time, Recipient Information and Delivery
Address for your Order (see next section below)
Q How do I create a Delivery Address, Recipient Name, Delivery Date, Delivery Time & Personal Message for the first time (I have never created one before)?
A If you have no delivery information created, the bottom part of the
first screen you see in the Checkout process will look like this - <Checkout Page 1 - No delivery info added yet.jpg> On that screen, click on the brown-coloured text link that says "Click here to Add a New Delivery Address, Recipient Name, Delivery Time & Personal Message". That should take you to a new page that look like this - <Checkout Page 1 process - Adding new delivery information.jpg>. Enter your Delivery Information on this page and when you reach the bottom of the page, click the "Save"
button. This should take you back to the first page of Checkout and
display some of your chosen Delivery Information next to a small blank
circle like this - <Checkout Page 1 - Delivery info successfully added but not selected.jpg>.
To go to the next page of Checkout, click on the small blank circle
next to the Delivery Information you created so that a black dot appears
in the circle like this - <Checkout Page 1 - Delivery info correctly selected.jpg>. Then click on the "Next" button. That should take you to "Checkout Page 2 - Please Select a Delivery Method" that looks similar to this <Checkout Process Page 2 - Selecting a delivery method (area).jpg>
Q (Cannot Choose Today or Tomorrow as my Delivery Date) When creating my Delivery Information, I wanted to choose today or tomorrow as my Delivery Date. But it is not possible ....
A Yes, that is correct. Our Delivery Date calendar only allows you to
choose a Delivery Date 2 days or more from the current date. This gives
us time to get the flowers/products you want from our suppliers if we do
not have them in stock. So, please choose a later Delivery Date. If you
need something before 2 days from the current date, please telephone or
visit our flower shop in Pattaya, if you can - we may be able to do it
for you.
Q (Cannot Get To Checkout Page 2) On the page where I create a Delivery Address, Recipient Name, Delivery Date, Delivery Time & Personal Message for my Order, when I
click on "Next" at the bottom of the page, nothing happens - I cannot go
forward to the next page of Checkout.
A Have you entered information into all of the "required" boxes. Do
you have an error message like this <Checkout Page 1 process error -
Items missing from new delivery information.jpg> at the very top of
the page? If yes, it is because you have not entered any information in
some of the "required" boxes. Use the error message to identify the
boxes you need to add information to

Changing Delivery Information

Q (How Choose Different Recipient or Delivery Address) I have used Isan Flowers before and on Checkout Page 1 (Select A Delivery Address, Recipient Name, Delivery Time & Personal Message), I can see the previous Recipient Name and Delivery Address information (like this example) - but how do I choose/create a different Recipient Name and Delivery Address?
A You have 2 options. (1) You can keep the previous Recipient Name and
Delivery Address information and create new ones (additional ones), or
(2) you can change edit previous Recipient Name and Delivery Address to
different information so the previous information is lost and you have
only one (new) Recipient Name and Delivery Address information.
To do Option (1), follow the instructions in the " I have never created a
Delivery Date, Delivery Time, Recipient Information or Delivery Address
for any Order before. How do I do it?" section above.
To do Option (2), Can you see the brown-coloured "Update Your Information" link next to the previous Delivery Nickname (just above the previous Recipient Name, like this - <Checkout Page 1 - Delivery info successfully added but not selected.jpg>?
Click on it. This should take you to a page that contains your previous
Recipient Name and Delivery Address information like this - <Checkout Page 1 process - Adding new delivery information.jpg>. Then simply change the text to your new information and at the bottom of the page, click the "Save"
button. This should take you back to the first page of Checkout and
display some of your chosen Delivery Information next to a small blank
circle like this - <Checkout Page 1 - Delivery info successfully added but not selected.jpg>

(only
the "Update Now" link is showing)?
A Don't worry, the system has
accepted your new Delivery Date and it will show on later Checkout
pages. Click on the small blank circle next to your Delivery
Information so that a black dot appears in the circle next to the Delivery Address & click
the "Next" button to go to the next Checkout page.

Moving to the next Checkout Page – after creating your Delivery Information
Q (Cannot Get To Checkout Page 2) I have created the correct Delivery Date, Delivery Time,

A This is probably because you have not actually selected the
Delivery Information before clicking on the "Next" button. Make sure
you have clicked on the small blank circle next to your Delivery
Information so that a black dot appears in the circle like this
- <Checkout Page 1 - Delivery info correctly selected.jpg>. Then
click on the "Next" button. That should take you to the "Checkout Page 2 - Please Select a Delivery Method" page that will look similar to this

Help for Checkout Final Page
When you go to the PayPal website but do not Pay
and want to pay for the same products/order later
Q (How To Take A Pending Order Through Checkout Again) I created an Order but when I went to the PayPal website I did
not/could not make my payment. I now want to try again and pay for the
same products/Order. How do I do this? Do I need to create another (a
new) Order from the beginning?
A No. You do not need to create another (a new) Order. When you
clicked on the "Confirm Payment" button on the last page of Isan
Flowers Checkout, this created a "Pending" Order on our website and
then passed you to the PayPal website to pay for it. This "Pending"
Order is saved for you and you can see it by logging into our website,
clicking on the "Account Maintenance" link under your login name and
then, in your members area, look at your "Order Information" page. When
you are ready to pay for your "Pending" Order via PayPal, simply click
on the button at the bottom of the Order on your "Order Information"
page and go through Checkout again.
NOTE: If you want to use a non-PayPal website payment method, leave your "Pending" Order where it is on the website, go to our Payment & Security
webpage, decide which non-PayPal payment method you can use (do you
have enough time before your chosen Delivery Date?) and follow the
instructions on the special webpage for that method.
