To order our Isan Flowers products and pay for them in Cash via a Thai Bank deposit ATM machine in Thailand, please read these instructions and then, if you are happy with them, create your Order ....

1   Create an Order via this website’s Shopping Cart and Checkout process, in the normal way (at least 4 Bank Working Days before you want your order to be collected/delivered)
- this means you can communicate to us the Products you want, the Delivery Date and Address, Recipient's Name and your Personal Message to the Recipient, etc)

2   On the last screen of the Checkout process, click on the "Confirm Order" button that takes you to the PayPal website ... 

3   As soon as you arrive at the PayPal website, do not continue with PayPal. Close the PayPal website screen (Cancel the payment process).

- This creates a "Pending Order" on the this website
    - We will receive your Order details via e-mail
    - You will receive details of your "Pending Order" via e-mail (but no payment has been made by you to us
       at Isan Flowers yet)
    - You can see a copy of your Pending Order in your membership area whenever you are logged
       into www.isanflowers.com

4   Go to our Contact Us page and send us a message saying you want to pay for your Order in Cash via a Thai Bank deposit ATM machine in Thailand

5   Wait for us to send you a “Payment Request” e-mail that will (1) acknowledge your Order (2) give you a Payment Date (3) tell you the actual Total Price of your Order (in Thai Baht*) and (4) give you our Thai Bank account details to send your deposit ATM machine Cash payment to

* We will use the US$ - Thai Baht exchange rate shown on the Yahoo Finance webpage (http://finance.yahoo.com/currency-converter) on the Payment Date

6   You receive the “Payment Request” e-mail and use the information to send your ATM cash payment to us for the Total Cost of your Order

To make an ATM Cash Payment …

NOTE: There are 3 types of ATM machine in Thailand ....
     - ATM machines for Withdrawals/Taking Money Out of your Bank Account
     - ATM machines for Passbook Updates
     - ATM machines for making a Cash Deposit or Money Transfer

i   Take your payment in cash (including a little extra for the ATM fee/charge) to the correct type of ATM machine for making a Cash Deposit or Money Transfer
     - For example, a Kasikorn Bank K-CDM machine
ii   Choose the option to Send Cash
iii   Type in/Confirm some or all of the following information ...

(NOTE: We will send you this information after you create your order ....)

     - (destination) Bank Name:
     - Account Name/Payee (if needed):
     - Account Number:
     - Amount:  (in Thai Baht)

vi   When the money drawer opens, put your cash into it
     - The ATM will count your cash, deduct the fee and credit us.

7   Use the Isan Flowers Contact Us webpage to tell us …
     (1) you have sent us cash via a Thai Bank deposit ATM machine in Thailand
     (2) how much money you have sent us (in Thai Baht)
     (3) the date you sent it

(Assuming we receive your payment at least 2 days before your requested delivery date …)

8   We will acknowledge your payment and deliver your Order on your requested delivery date
