- Will your flowers and gifts look as good as the photo? – Yes! In fact, most of our product look even better in real life
- Can you choose the time of day to Collect or for the Delivery to be done? – Yes!
- Can you add a personal message with the Delivery? – Yes!
- Is Delivery expensive? No! - it’s free to addresses close to our Pattaya Flower shop, and low-cost to other areas
- Can you be sure they will be delivered safely, on the date & time you want - and receive a photo to prove it*? – Yes!
- Will we tell you if it was not possible to do the Delivery the first time & why? – Yes!
- Will we tell you when (as soon as possible after) they have been Delivered? – Yes!

* assuming your recipient gives us permission!


Why is Delivery Not included Free?

Many internet flower delivery websites boast that their products include free delivery. However, usually this simply means that a general delivery price is already added to the price you pay for each product. Our product prices don’t include delivery. We charge a separate delivery price for some delivery areas because we believe that is fairer for our customers - it keeps prices low for you. (For example, if you want your order delivered to a place closer to our shop, the price of our products will not already include a cost associated with the possibility of us having to deliver the products to a place farther away. And, if you order two or more products from us, you will pay only one delivery price – instead of a delivery cost in every product! It also means that you can place your internet order and avoid a delivery cost completely if you can collect your products from our shop).


Delivery Areas & Prices
If you do not want to collect your order from our Pattaya florist shop, we are proud to provide an excellent, very reliable Delivery service. We can deliver to nearly everywhere in Pattaya, such as Homes, Offices, Hotels, Bars, Hospitals and Shops. It is free to addresses near our Pattaya flower shop and we charge only a relatively small price for delivering to other areas of Pattaya. Those delivery prices depend on how far away the Delivery address is from our shop and take into account our (1) traveling costs to the address (2) time taken to travel and complete the delivery successfully (3) time and administration cost of taking a delivery photograph and emailing it to you, when applicable. Please choose the appropriate Delivery area and its price during the Checkout process.

Our Pattaya flower shop is open 7 days a week (except some National and local holidays, such as Pattaya Songkran – see our Calendar).

- If making your order via this website, you can avoid paying our delivery prices if you can collect your products from our shop. If you would like to collect your order, please add our Isan Flowers shop address as your ‘Delivery’ address and choose a Collection date which is 2 days or more in advance. This is because of the possible time difference between Thailand and the country you are in. (Thailand is GMT +7 hours) and gives us time to get the flowers/products you want from our suppliers, if we do not have them in stock.
(NOTE: Please collect your order within 2 days of receiving your Confirmed Order e-mail. This is to make sure your product will still very fresh and because we don’t have enough room to store completed orders indefinitely on our premises. If you have not collected your order within 2 days we will send you a reminder e-mail and/or telephone you to remind you to collect it.)

If yes, please telephone us, or visit our flower shop in Pattaya. We can then tell you if we have the flowers/products in stock and have them (or a suitable alternative) ready for you either (a) immediately (b) while you wait, or (c) within a few hours.

How Reliable & Safe is the Isan Flowers Delivery Service?

We are proud of our excellent Delivery service. We can trust us to deliver on the day and time you request from us – subject to the conditions on this page. Please remember that the more complete, correct and detailed information you give us about the recipient and Delivery address, the better the chance your Delivery will be successful at our first attempt and prevent any delays.


Delivery Confirmation & Photo
We know customers like to hear as soon as possible when their order is ready for Collection or has been successfully delivered. As part of our commitment to the best possible customer service, we are pleased to say we will …
(1) If you have given us your mobile telephone number as part of your member registration or Checkout process, send you an SMS text message to your mobile phone as soon as possible after it is ready for Collection or has been successfully delivered.
(2) send you an e-mail (normally within 12-24 hours) to confirm that your order status has changed from ‘Confirmed’ to ‘Shipped’.
(3) If you asked us to deliver your order to a recipient, also send you (in a separate e-mail, normally within 24-48 hours) a photograph of the recipient receiving the products. (Note that this will not be possible if the recipient refuses to give permission, or we were obliged to deliver to a third party, instead of directly to the recipient – please see our Terms and Conditions for examples of these situations).

Delivery Information You need to give Isan Flowers
When you use the Isan Flowers website Checkout process, you will be able to choose various Collection and Delivery options. Please ensure you take care to give us the complete, correct and detailed recipient & Delivery address details for your order (including a contact telephone number for the recipient - preferably a mobile one). This will help us deliver your order successfully at the first attempt and prevent any delays.

Internet customers - Please use the special 'Please give us any special instructions …. box on the last page of the Checkout process to give us any useful extra information for our delivery staff about the delivery location that will help us find it successfully. Please provide in the 'Please give us any special instructions …. box on the last page of the Checkout process. For example, directions which are not included in the basic address information, such as floor number or hospital ward number, directions to difficult-to-find addresses, and any business opening hours. Deliveries to hospitals are often problematic as patients may move from ward to ward, or be discharged. This means that we sometimes are unable to deliver orders for you at a very emotional time. However, many of these problems can be resolved by ensuring that we have accurate and up-to-date information about the ward that the recipient is in. It is particularly important that you provide the full name of the recipient of the order as there can be several patients with the same name and this can lead to delivery issues that are outside our control.

Recipient contact telephone numbers are important because we will use the recipient’s contact telephone number you give us to speak to the recipient on the delivery date you requested, shortly before or at the start of the delivery time period you requested, to ensure they will be able to receive your delivery. If they say they will not be able to receive it personally at the delivery time you requested, we will agree with them to either (1) do the delivery at a different time (and/ or date) they prefer or (2) deliver the order to a third party (for example, a neighbour, friend or work colleague) for them to collect it from later.
NOTE: In cases where the recipient has asked us to deliver the order to a third party, it will be the recipient's responsibility to collect the order from this third party. We regret that we cannot accept responsibility when the order has been correctly delivered in this way and the actual receiver refuses or fails to pass on the products to the intended recipient or return them to Isan Flowers).

Once you complete payment for your internet order, please check the ‘Order Confirmed’ e-mail we will send you and ensure the details are correct. See Checking your ‘Order Confirmed’ e-mail (internet orders) below
NOTE: We will make every attempt to solve Delivery problems but we cannot guarantee to deliver your order direct to your recipient or in the time period you requested or give you a refund if you have provided us with incorrect, unclear or incomplete Delivery information and we cannot contact the recipient using the contact telephone number you gave us (see What happens if there are Delivery problems? below)


Adding A Personal Message
During our website ordering process you can also type in a personal message for us to add to the product for you. We will write that on a small Isan Flowers business card and add it to your product. Normally we will write this in the same language you typed the message in, but if you would like us to write it in Thai or translate it into Thai for you, we will be happy to do that – just ask us to do this when you write your message.


Checking your ‘Order Confirmed’ e-mail (internet orders)

When you complete payment for your internet order, we will send you an ‘Order Confirmed’ e-mail (for a definition of Order Status types, please see our Payment & Security page) and our Pattaya flower shop team will start preparing the products you ordered for Collection or Delivery (whichever you chose) on the time and date you requested in your order.
Your ‘Order Confirmed’ e-mail will show the details of your order and the Collection or Delivery options you chose. Please check this e-mail very carefully as soon as you receive it, to make sure the details are correct. If you see a mistake, or need to make a change, please reply to the e-mail or Contact Us immediately so we can correct your order details before Collection or Delivery.

When will the Collection and Delivery process start (internet orders)?
For information on what happens after you complete payment for your internet order, such as the e-mails you will receive and the types of Order Status, please see our Payment & Security page. Please note that Collection and Delivery will only apply to orders that have a ‘Confirmed’ status.
(If, for some reason, you exit the Checkout process before completion or the PayPal payment fails, your order will remain ‘Pending’ and Isan Flowers will not start work on your order. However, we will send you an advice e-mail and details of your Pending order will stay on your personal membership area of our website so you can complete the order later when you want)


Product Packaging
We know the appearance of gifts is extremely important (more important in Thailand than many other countries). Therefore, in addition to making our flower arrangements as beautiful as possible, we also take a lot of care with the packaging. Every flower and plant product you order via our website will be delivered in beautiful, secure packaging to ensure ….
(1) the flowers or plant arrive in the same beautiful, undamaged condition they left our shop and
(2) they some water to drink to keep them fresh until the recipient can add water to the flowers themselves
(3) you or your recipient get the maximum pleasure from receiving the product.
Typical packaging will include: cellophane sheet(s) wrapped around the flowers or plant, a nice colourful bow. All our fresh cut flower Bouquets are “aqua-packed” (the bottom of the stems wrapped in wet cotton wool and a plastic bag to keep them fresh on the Delivery journey). Our fresh cut Basket and Vase arrangements have a wet oasis (green florist foam) inside the Basket/Vase to hold the flowers and give them water. If you choose to collect your flowers from our Pattaya flower shop, we can package them in the same way, either before or when you arrive.


Delivery Times
We are pleased to offer you a choice of 4 standard Delivery periods – (1) Anytime (2) 10am-Midday (3) Midday-6pm or (4) 6pm-10pm. Our website Checkout process will ask you to choose your preferred Delivery time period when you order. Although a Delivery attempt will be done on the date and within the time period you specify, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that every Delivery will be successful at the first attempt (please see  What happens if there are Delivery problems? below

Delivery Methods
Isan Flowers takes great care with our Delivery methods to make sure recipients will receive flowers in the same beautiful, undamaged condition they left our shop. Usually, one of our Isan Flowers team will personally deliver your order.
