If you are having problems trying to moving from Checkout Page 1 (Delivery Date, Time & Information) to the next Checkout page, it may be because the Delivery Date is not appearing.
ALSO, If you have created an Order with us before, your new Order may sometimes contain the OLD Delivery Date, Delivery Time and/or Personal Message from the previous Order.
Please read the guide below to avoid/solve the problem ...
STEP 1 (Click on "Update Now" to update your previous/existing Delivery Information) ...
- Find your previous, existing Delivery Information (from a previous Order)
- Click on the "Update Now" text link (see pink arrow in example screenshot below) ...
(IMPORTANT: DO NOT click the "radio button"/circle next to the Delivery Information, because this will (unfortunately) automatically take you to the next stage of the Checkout process and put the OLD Delivery Date, Delivery Time and/or Personal Message (from your previous Order) into your new Order)
STEP 2 (Choose your New Delivery Date in the Popup Calendar window) ...
- (In the new window that opens), click on the "Select" link, next to the Delivery Date text box (1), then choose your new Delivery Date in the Popup Calendar (2) ...
STEP 3 (Check/Update the Delivery Time & Personal Message) ...
- The Delivery Time & Personal Message may auotmatically be the same as your previous Order, so you may want to change the Delivery Time, and probably want to change the Personal Message, for your new Order ...
STEP 4 (Check/Update the other Delivery information & Click the "Save" button at the bottom of the page) ...
- Check the other Delivery Information on the page (change it if needed), then click on the "Save" button at the bottom of the page ...
STEP 5 (Click the circle next to the correct Delivery Address) ...
- After clicking the "Save" button above, the "Select a Delivery Address ...." stage of Checkout screen should appear again.
- This time, click on the "radio button"/circle next to the correct Delivery Address (2) and then click on the "Next" button (3) near the bottom of the page ...
(NOTE: If the Delivery Date you choose above is not appearing on the page (like where you see 1 below), don't worry! Your new Delivery Date has probably been saved OK - you can check it again later in the Checkout process.
(The next stage of the Checkout process (Delivery Options) should then appear automatically ...)
