If you cannot come and visit us in person to buy our products in our Pattaya flower shop (Where are we?), to order your Isan Flowers products and arrange collection or delivery, just do these simple steps ….

Step 1 – Choose which products & services you would like to buy
Step 2 – Add the products to your ‘Cart’ on this site and pay online via PayPal

To pay online (this is completely secure – see above) …
Step 3 – Add all the products you would like to buy to your Cart
Step 4 – Click the ‘Checkout’ button on the Cart page
Step 5 – Log into Isanflowers.com (if you are not already) with your username & password
Step 6 – On the Checkout pages, tell us your required delivery preferences (Collection & Delivery)….
- Where (collection at our shop or the name & address of your recipient)
- When (time & date you would like to collect or us to deliver to your recipient)
- Any personal message to the recipient &/or special instructions for the Isan Flowers Team
Step 7 – Click the ‘Confirm Order’ button to be taken to PayPal where you can make your payment

Step 8 – If you have a PayPal account, log into PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, enter your payment information on a web page protected by PayPal.

Because we use PayPal for our online payment process, the ‘base currency’ and ‘billing currency’ of this site has to be US Dollars, instead of Thai Baht. If you use our Currency Selector feature (on the right-hand side of the website) to display prices of our products in Thai Baht, British Pounds or Euros, please note that these non-US Dollar prices are for illustration only - we will charge you the US Dollar price for the products you buy, no matter what type of currency you selected to display the prices.

Exchange Rates
Our Currency Selector feature will display prices of our products in Thai Baht, British Pounds or Euros based on the daily ECB exchange rate (the most commonly used method on the internet). Please note however, that (1) the exchange rate & weather graphic on the right-hand side of the website does not use ECB rates and that the ‘base currency’ and ‘billing currency’ of isanflowers.com is US Dollars (see above) (2) The exchange rate used to make your payment to Isan Flowers in US Dollars will be the rate used by PayPal.

Order Status Types
After you click on the “Confirm Order” button on the last page of Checkout, your Isan Flowers Order will always have one of the following five status types (depending on what stage the order is at). The current status of your Orders can be seen in your personal membership area when you log in to Isan Flowers. Here is what each status type means …

1     Pending – You added products to your Cart and clicked on the “Confirm Order” button on the last page of Checkout, BUT did not complete payment. Isan Flowers is NOT yet actioning your Order or delivering it. However, we will be happy to do that if you confirm your Order (see “Confirmed” below) 2 days or more before your requested collection or delivery date, by (1) viewing it in your membership area on our website (2) taking it through Checkout again and (3) completing payment for it. Alternatively, please create a new Order on our website.
2    Cancelled – You did not complete payment for your Order and it has been cancelled. You cannot now try to confirm your Order. To buy from us, please create a new order on our website
3    Confirmed – You have completed Checkout and payment successfully. We are actioning your Order as you requested
4    Refunded – You had a ‘Confirmed’ Order but Isan Flowers has refunded some or all of your payment
5    Shipped – Your ‘Confirmed’ Order has been delivered

What Happens After You Successfully Pay?
1 After successfully making your payment, you can be returned to the Isan Flowers website, from PayPal, if you wish
2 Isan Flowers will send you an e-mail confirming your order status and start work on it.

NOTE: If, for some reason, you exit the Checkout process before paying or your payment is not successful, your order will remain ‘Pending’ and Isan Flowers will not start work on your order. However, we will send you an order status e-mail and details of your Pending order will stay on your personal membership area of our website so you can complete the order later when you want)

3     PayPal will send you an e-mail confirming your payment
4     Isan Flowers will get your products ready and (based on the choices you made at Checkout) either send you an e-mail to say they ready for you to collect from our shop or deliver them to the recipient as you ordered
5     If we deliver the products to a recipient for you, Isan Flowers will send you an e-mail when delivery has been attempted or successfully completed (for details of our delivery service and what will happen if there are delivery problems, please see our Collection & Delivery page)

Privacy of your Isanflowers.com Membership Details
We value and respect the privacy of the information you give us when you join our website.
