NOTE: Unfortunately, we cannot include delivery on Bartercard. We will be very happy to deliver your Order to you, but we must ask you to pay cash for delivery. Please ask our shop staff for the delivery price when you make your order

         (3) (if you want to Collect your Order) the Date and Time you want to Collect your Order
         (4) (if you want us to Deliver your Order) the Delivery Date, Delivery Time, Recipient Name, Recipient Mobile
                    Telephone Number, Delivery Address and Personal Message you want for your Order

-    OR (b) Want us to deliver to another person (not you) who will not be able to pay with your company's Bartercard when we deliver (for example, you want us to deliver your Order your customer or friend)

2    (If you want (a) above) Decide the Date and Time you want the Products to be Collected
3    (If you want you want (b) above) Decide the Delivery Date, Delivery Time, Recipient Name, Recipient Mobile
            Telephone Number, Delivery Address and Personal Message you want for your Order
4    Contact Us so we can talk to you about …
           - the Availability of the Product &/or Service
           - the Product Price and (if needed) Delivery Price

5    Agree everything with us and tell us you want to pay via the Pattaya Bartercard office (NOTE: You must pay cash for delivery)
6    Create an Isan Flowers Order e-mail (use the e-mail Order template here that you can quickly copy and paste
           into an e-mail)
7    Send the Isan Flowers Order e-mail to the Pattaya Bartercard office

The Pattaya Bartercard office will then contact you and arrange for you sign a Bartercard voucher to pay us

When the Pattaya Bartercard office tell us they have processed your payment, we can do your Order

NOTE: Unfortunately, it is not possible at the moment to buy online via the Isan Flowers website using Bartercard

Setting Up a Regular Order
Set up a Regular Order with us to receive beautiful flowers every Week or Month!
It is easy to set up a Regular Order with us and pay the same amount automatically from your Bartercard account every week, two weeks or month, by setting up an ADA (Automatic Transaction Deduction Authority), which is like a Direct Debit you set up at a Bank.

To set up a Regular Order to pay the same amount every week, two weeks or month …
1    Contact Us to agree the Products and fixed Price for your Regular Order
2    Log into the www.bartercard.com website and download the ADA form (or ask us, or a Bartercard Office, to
           send you one)
3    Complete the ADA form
4    Give the completed ADA form to the Pattaya Bartercard office
