- In Thailand (like many other countries), Roses are the flower of Love and Romance. Red is the colour of Love.
- Chinese v Thai Roses - We strongly recommend Red Chinese (big, luxury) Roses for St Valentine's Day because Thai Roses (the Roses sold by street stalls and by people walking round all the bars selling Roses) are too small and not special enough for such an important day for your loved one (we therefore temporarily remove all our Thai Rose products for the Valentine's time period). Chinese Roses are more expensive than Thai Roses, but are significantly bigger and longer-lasting. Because Thai ladies all know and can see the difference, they are the best choice for St Valentines Day when you want to make your loved one feel special and show them (and their friends) you have bought them the best Roses this special day - ‘keeping face’ is very important to Thai people.
Rose Product Prices - All our products that include Roses will be at "Valentine" prices. These are unfortunately higher than our normal prices because of the big seasonal increase in Rose prices from Thailand flower wholesalers. The price of imported Chinese Roses increases more than Thai-grown Roses. However, we keep our prices as low as we can for you. We expect to be able reduce our Rose products back to our normal prices from 19 February onwards.
Presentation Boxes - We recommend our beautiful Rose Bouquet in Presentation Box products. The box makes the Bouquet looks extra special and ensures the bouquet is much easier to carry and stays totally protected - when the recipient needs to take the flowers home from work, for example.
Avoid the delivery rush - Create your Order for delivery on 13 February !
No Delivery Photo, nor SMS Mobile Phone Delivery Confirmation Service, nor Delivery Confirmation Email - For 13-14 February inclusive, we regret that we cannot provide these services that we usually do. This is because of time constraints during this short period. However, we promise that we WILL take excellent care of your Order and your delivery - your flowers will be very fresh and look like as good (or better) that the photo for the product you choose
