Orange is a beautiful flower colour to give to a farang (non-Thai) person.
NOTE: It is usually a better to choose Red flowers if you want to say "I love you"

IMPORTANT: Thinking of buying Orange flowers to give to a Thai man or lady? Although officially a birthday colour & lucky colour for Thai people born on Thursday, we recommend you only give Orange flowers to Thai people if you know already that they like Orange flowers. This is because many Thai people believe Orange flowers are only for people who do not have (or cannot find) a boyfriend or girlfriend, perhaps because the Thai person too ordinary, or perhaps not interesting. So if a Thai person receives many Orange flowers they may feel embarrassed. (However, a few orange flowers in a bouquet, basket or vase arrangement with other colours is no problem)
